Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production SOPs are reviewed and executed correctly

• Streamline and oversee production workflows

• Monitor daily production plan and oversee output

• Manage production schedule and nonconformities

• Set and monitor daily performance targets

• Manage raw material replenishment

• Lead implementation and continuous improvement of Quality Management System

• Assist with quality control standards and ensure output meets quality standards

• Partner with other departments to address quality issues

• Support internal quality audits and ensure closure of findings

• Manage team performance and ensure clear communication

• Provide technical support to supervisors and team leaders

• Improve absenteeism and staff costs management

• Conduct performance reviews and ensure policy compliance

• Organize and lead continuous improvement projects and lean initiatives

• Monitor manufacturing performance indicators and implement visual management systems

• Drive cost reduction and efficiency projects

• Report on production and quality metrics

• Ensure health and safety standards and housekeeping
