Key Responsibilities

• Ensure production SOPs are reviewed and executed correctly

• Streamline and manage production workflows

• Monitor daily production plan and oversee output

• Manage production schedule and nonconformities

• Set and monitor daily performance targets

• Replenish raw materials as required

• Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System

• Assist with quality control standards and ensure output meets quality standards

• Partner with other departments to address quality issues

• Support internal quality audits and ensure closure of findings

• Manage team performance and ensure clear communication

• Provide technical support to supervisors and team leaders

• Improve absenteeism and ensure accurate payroll submissions

• Conduct performance reviews and ensure policy compliance

• Organize and implement continuous improvement projects

• Lead lean manufacturing initiatives and monitor performance indicators

• Implement visual management systems and drive cost reduction

• Report on production and quality metrics

• Ensure safety and housekeeping standards are maintained

• Correct unsafe conditions and promote safety culture
